The raid wasn’t just a random check. A complaint had been made against the Rungta Super Specialty Dental Clinic at a public grievance camp. This prompted Durg Collector Richa Prakash Chaudhary to ask Dr. Shukla to investigate.

Besides shutting down the Rungta Super Specialty Dental Clinic, Dr. Shukla also sent notices to Rungta College of Dental Science and Research on Kurud Road, Kohka, and City Dental Clinic in Nehru Nagar, Bhilai. They were given three days to respond. If they don’t provide clear answers, they could face legal action too.
