An overzealous reporter’s enthusiasm got the better of her after she accidentally shoved her boom microphone into US President Donald Trump’s face during a briefing at Joint Base Andrews. In the video, which has gone viral and attracted an avalanche of reactions, Trump, visibly annoyed, can be seen giving her a disapproving glare and raising his eyebrows.
The incident happened when Trump was about to depart from Washington DC and was answering questions about the Gaza situation. Soon, a microphone smacked him in the face, prompting an irritating look from the President.
Trump, always quick with a reaction, quipped, “She just became a big story tonight.”
