Elon Musk’s DOGE cuts $21 million funding for voter turnout in India





The United States cancelled millions of dollars in funding for multiple countries, including India and Bangladesh, as President Donald Trump’s new administration implements budget cuts. On Sunday, Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) announced that the US would discontinue a $21 million program intended to boost voter turnout in India and a $29 million initiative aimed at enhancing Bangladesh’s political framework.
